In order to be flexible, professional and efficient, a company must be properly organised. Our company structure is therefore both flat and lean. Partners are responsible for strategy, management for operations. This allows us to provide optimal working conditions for our client service teams, so they can build personal, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Management
Asset Management Switzerland is a proprietor-run company. Management runs the company’s strategy and operations, in the form of a lean organisation. The company and its management’s longstanding relationships and high social competence are central to this organisation, as transparency is important to our clients as well as to our partners and employees when creating sustainable company policy. Our management has two sections. CEO Costantino Pinelli is head of strategy and CIO Dr. Torsten Dennin is in charge of investments.

Wealth management directors
Our wealth managers are our clients’ and consultants’ point of contact for all of their questions regarding capital markets. Asset Management Switzerland offers active, independent wealth management, based on actively managed investment funds and ETFs and covering all asset classes. Our approach to investing is based on a robust and back-tested investment process, experience and a detailed understanding of capital markets. We strive to provide our clients with the best possible combination of return, risk and liquidity of their investments.
In March 2019, Dr. Torsten Dennin has been appointed Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Asset Management Switzerland, and since then he is responsible for all investment decisions for clients and products of Asset Management Switzerland AG.
Since January 2021, Christina Lemm is supporting the wealth management team. Christina got appointed Investment Manager in 2024.
Since October 2022, Alina Dennin joined Wealth Management of Asset Management Switzerland AG, and is consulting Swiss and international clients. Since January 2024, we also can count on Mr. Manfred Goldbach’s expertise on the investment side.
Our client advisors
Our client advisors cover almost all of German-speaking Switzerland. We also have the advantage of employees who have been with us for years and unequalled technical expertise thanks to our many years of experience in our sector. Our advisors have therefore been able to build up a large base of satisfied individual and corporate clients.
We place great value on complying with the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority’s requirements and constantly being informed about the newest products on the market. Utmost discretion is our top priority. Solid basic training and a recognized qualification are the minimum requirements to work for Asset Management Switzerland.
Even our young talents are therefore studying to gain an accredited degree for our field. At the same time, they are also gaining a great deal of practical experience by attending intensive courses as well as carrying out their first client meetings alongside experienced financial advisors.

Our administration
Our admin staff have many years of secretarial experience in our field. They were able to gain concrete practical knowledge from working in brokerage or broker advisory firms. To be able to successfully work closely with our client advisors and partners, our admin staff all have an official insurance broker qualification.
Our admin staff regularly attend training courses on different subjects, meaning that they are not only the first contact people for administration and processing, but also guarantee constant, active support in development, controlling, marketing and web engineering.
